槟城博物馆及艺术中心由康丽华丝城堡漫步一会儿，就会抵达位于FARQUHAR街上的槟城博物馆及艺术中心。它建于1821年，前身是一座学校。博物馆前竖立了一樽莱特的雕像。此雕像曾于二次世大战期间被日本人迁走，战后又竖立回来，不过雕像上的剑则遗失了。 这座小博物馆很完整的收藏了旧照片、地图、图表、家俬、服装、马来西亚首任首相东姑阿都拉曼的纪念物品及其他深具槟城历史价值的古文物。在博物馆外面，还放着一个槟城升旗山最早的有轨机动车，供游客观赏。
