Better use taxis, they are very cheap here and you don't have the aggro of finding a parking place or driving in Bucharest's horrific traffic .Or public transport. Get an Active card at the airport and use the two options : electronic wallet ( pay as you go) or travel card ( a day -9 lei, a week 17 lei, 2 weeks- 25 lei, one month 50 lei) valid on all surface transport. Keep in mind that for airport buses you use the pay as you to option, so ask the nice lady at the ticket kiosk to put on the 'portofel electronic' enough credit for a return trip to the airport.
