My favorite local ramen place! Not from Texas (orig from Vegas!), but they know what they are doing. Casual with a good selection of add-ons for your Ramen and nice selection of asian beers. Indoor seating only. TIP: Tonkotsu Ramen is the most popular! Add Nitamago (flavored egg).
