Hi This is Jenny and Paul. I used to run a local restaurant in Hawaii and people there like sushi since so many Japanese live in Hawaii. We lived in Korea, but are very close to and have visited Japan often. We are happy to share our experience of life in Japan as well as tips about local sushi restaurants. That's why I got a chance to make Sushi rolls for years. I don't mind teaching you yummy Hawaiian food but let's roll it this time! Come and join us. You won't regret it! We also have a food blog on Asian and Korean cooking. Check it out at www.YoriHey.com
