Signal Point offers a great view of the river bend along with part of the city. The overlook is right by the parking lot. You can also hike along the trail for more views.

Over look at beginning of trail. Moderate hike down to other view points

Walk right up to a good overlook of the Tennessee River, then hike down the trail for a view of Rainbow Falls
