There’s a city tram 80 metres away and it’s 10 minutes by tram to MSAC. The Australian F1 track is a 10-minute walk. The area has numerous restaurants, many within walking distance. One of the joys of this apartment is drinks on the balcony as the sun sets across the bay. And early risers may catch the hot-air balloons as they drift across the city.
