This accommodation was fine if all you needed was a place to sleep, but everything else was very disappointing.

Right when we checked in, there was a loud, constant ticking noise in the room that came from a broken light circuit outside. We told the host about this right away, but she did not help or follow up to fix the noise during our entire stay.

The apartment was not clean overall. The forks and cooking pans were visibly dirty, and we couldn't clean them ourselves because there was no sponge or dish soap provided in the kitchen. Also, the hand soap in the bathroom was empty by the first day, which shows the unit wasn't properly checked before we arrived.

Great place to stay!

This place had no reviews so I was a bit hesitant at first but it was actually not bad. I did find a couple hair strands on the bed when we first checked in. Secondly, would be the parking spot. Although we were given a spot on property to park on, there would always be a car blocking us (to be fair, the curb was red but faded). However, my friend was able to get in and out easily because he’s a good driver. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a larger car but if you really have to then parking on the street would be more convenient. Lastly, the previous reviews for the host said she was responsive, however I never got a response back from her even after checking out.

Все было хорошо, тихо и спокойно и это главное, стиральная и сушильная машина работали, была кофеварка, чайник и фен этого уже достаточно для жилья в случае срочной командировки.
