Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the time at Ricardo‘s. The apartment was comfortable and beautiful. You can use all the shared rooms perfectly.
Public parking lots are very close to the entrance, only 2 min by foot. The connection to the city center ist well established with busses driving every 15 to 30 min. Between 12 AM and 6 AM Line M3 circulates at least once per hour (every night).
Ricardo was very welcoming and gave us the feeling to live with him and not being „only guests“. Even in the shared rooms he‘s giving you a lot of private space whereas he‘s always ready for a little conversation.
All in all we‘d highly recommend a stay at Ricardo‘s!

Ricardo’s apartment was fantastic! From booking to check-in, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. While we only had a brief interaction in person, Ricardo was friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. As others have said, he clearly takes great pride in keeping the space in top shape. 10/10 would book again — thanks again, Ricardo!
