If you find yourself in Minori, you must take this cooking class! My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary (we love to cook) and reserved a private session. We had a hands-on experience making every dish, laughing with Marialucia, sipping beers and wine, and learned a lot about Minori-style cuisine. It was the best cooking class we’ve ever taken! You prep everything outside the restaurant, very close to the town center with locals stopping by to smile at our progress. The meal was DELICIOUS! We barely could move at the end, it was 4 courses including desert! They even gave us a certificate and pasta shaper as a gift. Truly a magical experience, I can’t recommend it enough!

We had an excellent time experience. Lovely hosts and explained everything really well. We were lucky to only have a small class. All the food we made we ate and it was delicious. The whole experience was worth every penny. Beautiful to be outside on a lovely day making food. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend this experience! The food, the wine and the company of the chefs.

Awesome experience with Marialuciq and her daughter! Love learning to cook some their staples and make pasta by hand. Will be using these recipes at home in the future! Great experience to learn more about Minori and the family.
