Kazuki was such a great guide/host. Punctual, sharp, and friendly ! Really enjoyed the trip everything was perfect

We had a great experience with Kazuki. He clearly not only has a lot of knowledge of the mountain but a lot of passion for hiking. Kazuki’s tour encouraged such a mindful experience hiking through the forest. He took us on a lesser known trail and shared knowledge on the local plants and trails. Trout fishing was fun and very beginner friendly. Be mindful how many fish you catch if you are a traveller as we stayed at a hotel and couldn’t actually cook it, we gave ours to our guide :) Despite it being a busier public holiday we had a fantastic experience and would go again. Highly recommend if you want to do something away from other tourists.

We recently joined a guided walking tour through the breathtaking mountains just outside Osaka, and it was nothing short of spectacular!

From start to finish, this experience was a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural charm, and delightful surprises.

The hike offered jaw-dropping views over Osaka and the surrounding region, with vistas that felt like they were straight out of a postcard. The late cherry blossoms were in full, glorious bloom, with bursts of pink and white. What truly stole the show, though, were the ancient, towering trees—some 600 years old. Our guide was fantastic, weaving in fascinating tidbits about the area’s history and ecology, making every step engaging and immersive. A highlight I can’t stop raving about? The pork buns at the summit. Affordable at 450 yen each and super tasty.

The trail was well-paced, suitable for most fitness levels, and the small group size was just right, allowing for a personal and relaxed vibe. This tour is a gem!

Kazuki organised everything very well. Nice pleasurable hike, specialy for those who are first time in Japan. Even the rain at the second part of the hike didn't make any difference. After good hike to catch your own trout and have a meal of it - it is also nice touch.
