Our host Simona was wonderful and the pasta was delicious. However I was disappointed that you share and eat pasta that others have made as well. I just expected better hygiene - each make and eat their own pasta, the hosts can’t guarantee that others hands are clean. Especially when classmates have long nails …

What a fantastic experience in Rome. Giorgio was such a great host and with his quick wit and knowledge was second to none. It made our last night in Rome so special for my Wife and I. If you’re thinking of doing it, just do it. The folks we were with made the experience great too.
