This class was incredible! Davide was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We asked so many questions, and he had thoughtful answers for all of them. He’s a great teacher who made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. We learned so much, made delicious pizza and gelato, and had a fantastic time from start to finish. 10/10 recommend — this is one of those unforgettable experiences that makes your trip to Rome truly special!

We learned both science and technical skills to day that we know will stay with us into our cooking futures. We had great fun. The setting was lovely, with a beautiful local restaurant to ourselves, tucked away from tourist hubs. Our host was fun and very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He encouraged us to be engaged participants and made sure to include everyone. Our 90 year old mom was with us and our host was terrific in adapting some of the activities for her so she could fully participate and be successful. And the food we made tasted great!

We had a wonderful experience. We ended up being a group of just us but it would have been great with others too. We learned a lot about how to make a great pizza and gelato. The end result was delicious.

My wife and I had a great time at the pasta making class! The hosts were very friendly and and knowledgeable with lots of great tips we took away! Highly recommended to anyone looking at doing a pasta making class
