Lua is the most adaptive, flexible, and kind host. She’s intentional about listening to what we desired to cook, and we had three different options for dishes to learn. I messaged her and she was very responsive and helpful in her communications.

During the lessons, we felt right at home around her kitchen, and we also talked a lot during dinner! She was so kind, generous, and fun to chat with about Saigon/Vietnamese culture! We especially loved the banh xeo we made. Thank you Lua, you’re amazing!
