It may be divisive, but for me it doesn't get better than the Tan Tan Men at Shoki. Really good Ramen. Great broth. quick service. There are two locations, but they rotate the chefs.

Excellent ramen. Sacramento has a plethora of wonderful Japanese restaurants and this is one of the best ramen places on the grid.
