A typical country pub, unpretentious with a great view of the river. Good for a chilled out dinner

The Tavern is a nice place to eat on the Tweed River. There are also some quaint coffee shops nearby.

Great location opposite the river. Fantastic food. Ask for the locals deal for a $10 rump steak or Chicken Schnitzel with Chips and salad available for dinner time and only but only if you ask as this deal is not listed on the menu.
