The Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery showcases innovative exhibitions featuring the University's extensive art collection, as well as contemporary art and touring shows. The Gallery is regarded as one of the finest university galleries in Australia.

Situated within the grounds of the University of Western Australia, the gallery has a very impressive and ever-changing collection and a beautiful gift shop.

The gallery is located within the University of WA grounds and it, the great hall and the grounds are worth a visit. Films are shown at the outdoor Somerville Auditorium; all sorts of events are held in the Octagon Theatre. Many other events are held at the University including the annual Writers' Festival.
