Tiny lookout park with benches and grass. Stairs off to the left lead down to the rocky beach which is accessible at low tide.

Beautiful park with a stunning view of the water, mountains and down-town Vancouver. A short walk down the street.

Small parachute with rocky beach. Great for exploring at low-tide. Can walk (with good shoes to east to Kits Beach) at low-tide.
