Great dive bar with live music

The bar and food area are so down home and friendly, with the best mac and cheese ever, and there is a theatre next door and sometimes a bluegrass trio in the food area. It's proper old Brooklyn via New Orleans.

great long running music scene here: roots, folk, blues, etc. And a nice bar and good bar food

Great food & drinks. Occasionally a couple people will show up and start playing the piano, a banjo, a guitar and suddenly 20 20-somethings are dancing in the middle of the bar to the live music.
