Daily MTB hire. Ask Gary at the shop about routes, including, scenic spots, through vineyards, places to wine taste and have a snack. There are some challenging technical trails in the area for the more accomplished MTB riders. Ask your host about road rides. viz Helshoegte/Jonkers and of course, Franschhoek Pass. Paul is Chair of the Franschhoek Cycle Club. Take a look at our iconic cycle shirt. Makes a great souvenir as well as the perfect gift.

Too much wining and dining can make you feel a little sluggish, so hopping on a bike and then appreciating that next glass of vino can be rewarding and a whole heap of fun with great friends. You can hire a bike from Franschhoek Cycles and see the town from a different perspective. Ask for advice on routes.
