One of the oldest gestures, perhaps even the oldest, most noble…eating : so concrete and essential that it combines need and pleasure. The heart of Il Liberty begins to beat from here, creating and building healthy, positive energy that encourages a constant desire for innovation and improvement. We mix traditions with contaminations, just like the history of Italy that has been influenced by many different dominations for centuries and centuries. Foreign people brought their cultures and enriched our with ingredients, preparations, combinations and have made it grow to become the first in the world for variety.
