Any of the vineyards on Old Mission Peninsula are great. I personally am not a fan of Michigan wine, but each of the vineyards are fun to check out and have great vibes! I recommend this one, because you can work your way back into town hitting up other winery's you Google, as well as two great restaurants being close by. The Boathouse is 5 star, but excellent (and pricey!) but right on the Bower's Harbor and marina. Jolly Pumpkin is more affordable (and a brewery), just down the road, and has excellent meals too.

One of the first wineries and still one of the most charming. Ciders are also very imaginative and quite good!

Bowers Harbor Vineyard Located on Old Mission Peninsula. One of our favorites because of their amazing wine club. Join and get free glasses of wine each time you visit. They also partner with other local businesses and restaurants to Put on great events! outdoor seating and firepits for the winter. Kid and pet friendly.

Best winery on Old Mission. $5 for 5 tastes and you get to keep the wine glass. Known as the dog winery, family owned/operated so it has a very comfortable and casual, laid back feel.
