双龙寺是泰国著名的佛教避暑胜地，位于泰国清迈，是一座由白象选址、皇室建造，充满传奇色彩的庙宇，传说有位锡兰高僧带了几颗佛舍利到泰国，其中一颗在兰纳第六个王的寺庙供奉了13年，他为了想让自己的百姓也能够供奉佛舍利，所以就让4位小兵跟随自己的白象寻找圣地。大象一直往现在的素贴山，就在现在所看到的塔处停下，然后白象死了。王就建立塔在这里，让他的人民也可以供奉释迦牟尼的舍利。又由于山路两旁有两只金龙守护，所以便叫做“双龙寺”。

There is good trail to this temple. Please find in the internet. The temple is natural beautiful. One of our guests here said she loves this temple most. It was my secret hidden walking meditation trail. Now it becomes not secret anymore as there are some foreigners have group of trekking here. But still peace and quite.
