檔城的食物大部分都是由潮汕移民融合本地食材發展出來，當中包括極有本地特色的福建蝦麵。 這家三條路888的福建麵以蝦壳，辣椒熬煮，再加入通菜，蝦，肉片和雞蛋做配菜，客人更可另加蛋，魚丸，豬腸，排骨，豬腳和燒肉等的材料，十足十蝦麵版車仔麵。

888 Hokkien Mee used to be local-famous before being noticed by the tourists. Think thick, aromatic prawn broth that is vibrant in colour. Paired with a mixture of yelllow noodles and vermicelli, topped with shrimp, egg, pork, chilli paste and more.
