These fantastic little smart cars are great for quick trips across town. Pay by usage and simply drop off within the listed radius when you're finished. Easy to find using your smartphone; there is always one available nearby.

Go to Car2go.com to rent one of these little cars. Try to see what it takes to register with them before you leave for Portland if possible. It takes 1-2 business days. You'll have to downoad the ap. You only have to be 18 to rent. You won't have to go far to get one of these cars around here. They're everywhere. car2go.com
