This is the infamous Washington Sports Club frequented by the residents of the MTV's "Real World DC" when the show was being filmed in the area. Check out their website for complimentary passes.

One of the best gyms in DC - you must be a member to use the facilities. I believe if you're a member of these clubs in other US Cities, you can use the equipment for a small fee.
