Amphoralis At the village of Sallèles d'Aude – a museum of Gallo-Roman pottery located on the excavation site at Sallèles d'Aude, not far from the Canal du Midi. It overlooks the excavated remains of Roman ceramics workshops dating from the 1st to the 3rd centuries A.D. Roof tiles were made here, along with a variety of pots, including amphorae.April to June - open Tuesday to Friday from 14h to 18h and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 12pm and from 14h to 18h. From July to 30 September Open 7 days / 7, from 10am to 12pm and from 15h to 19h.

Dominant le site de ce qui fut une véritable cité industrielle, le Musée des potiers Gallo-Romains raconte la vie de potiers et tuiliers qui, pendant trois siècles, produisit en masse des amphores, des tuiles, des briques des tuyaux, de la vaisselle et des lampes à huile.

Situé à Sallèle d'Aude, Amphoralis est un site archéologique unique en Europe qui plaira aux parents et aux enfants (plutôt grands). Il y a un musée, un parcours en hauteur sur passerelles et un dispositif de réalité augmentée pour permettre de découvrir de manière ludique l'ensemble des fouilles du site.
