Senyang’s Lumpia is most probably the first local food recommendation you’ll get from someone living in Opon. Their seasoned sprout beans cloaked in spring roll wrapper is huge, like 2-3 times bigger than the regular fried vegetable lumpia you’d commonly buy at an eatery. It comes with a special mix of banana ketchup base sauce, and is suggested to be paired with ‘puso’ or hanging rice. And to complete the experience, have a serving of sweetened buko juice with milk too. Lumpia (Special/Gulay) is 25PHP each. From Saekyung Looc, its a 5-7 min ride (1.4 km) via Caltex Road and Tiangue Rd. Best route now due to traffic conditions
