Nice place for shopping. There are several shops for buying clothes, home decoration. There is also a nice bakery, supermarket and several bars, restaurants with terraces around.

Nice area to walk around, mainly shops (Rituals, H&M) but especially nice cafe's on the canal, if there is sunshine pick one of the terraces at Oostpoort to enjoy it.
