Biking/Mountain Biking: Mountain Division Trail, Fryeburg, Maine. Length: 4 miles. Grade: rolling and flat. Parking: Fryeburg Visitor’s Center, Route 302, Porter Road, off Route 113, parking lot near the Eastern Slope Regional Airport on Route 113. Paved rail with trail with several options for starting points, difficulty, and length, benches along path and restrooms at the visitor’s center.

A bike trail fit for all ages, enjoy a relatively flat, paved path winding along an old railroad.

A 7.9-mile easy "rail to trail" that's great for walking, running, and biking. Leashed dogs are allowed. (Handicap accessible). You can pick it up at the visitor's center at 97 Main Street.
