Fueled by the rushing Ottauquechee, our turbine-powered glassblowing studio is the place to watch artisans trained in Simon’s techniques create functional works of art. Our award-winning farm-to-table restaurant also overlooks the river, and our bar is a sweet place for a sip and a snack.

Simon Pearce is a wonderful all-around experience. Situated in a converted mill, the restaurant overlooks the spectacular mill falls. You can watch glassblowers as they work during daytime hours, and shop in the beautiful (but expensive) flagship store before dinner. We prefer eating lunch here so…

Our all-time favorite spot for lunch and dinner! Dinner is by reservation, lunch is first come / first served. A lovely bar is open in between. While there, browse the exceptional glass, hand-blown by Simon Pearce's staff - downstairs you can watch the glass blowers in action. Ask for a table…

We combine a stop here and the Cabot store for a nice Sunday Drive. Watching the glass blowers in their basement is amazing!

A nice place to eat and relax. They have a bar and restaurant inside. You can watch the glass blowers while enjoying the venue and views.

The restaurant and bar food are excellent. Glassblowing downstairs is a fun thing for the kids to see.

“Even more of a drive, but the food and drinks are great! Limited curb-side available, check their website. They also have socially distanced "picnic spots" outside (full service with waiters) and often have live music!”

酒店
“We love the Tavern and Red Rooster at the Inn. The Tavern is open from 5 p.m. on and a cozy spot, Red Rooster is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lobby provides a lovely and HUGE wood burning fireplace, which during cold months is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail before dinner!”

观景台
“Quechee Gorge- Known as the Grand Canyon of the East - this hike is an hour+ drive away from the home. And it is on the challenging side, as the gorge is rather steep, but it offers commanding views and a great spot for swimming at the bottom. Afterwards, the upscale Simon Pierce restaurant is a recommended treat. The restaurant showcases a powerful waterfall view, as well as glass blowing demonstrations.”
