I love to do my grocery shopping right at the Foodland in Princeville. Many people seek out costco or safeway but I like to support the local economy as much as possible. After all...isn't the reason we go on vacation to do things differently and become part of the local way of life. They have a great wine selection. Make fresh sushi and have a good selection of to go items at their deli. there is also a coffee shop inside the door. PLEASE BE KIND AND COURTEOUS. The hardest thing is watching impatient tourists charge around the store in a rude and demanding way!

Foodland is open from 6:00am until 11:00pm daily, except major holidays.

Hot food served in the morning and at lunch time. try the california poke bowl, is very good!

Prices tend to be higher at this store vs the Costco in Lihue or the Safeway store in Kapa'a. Sign up for a Makai discount card at the front desk to take advantage of items on sale.
