Ski and snowboard in the ski area. You can also rent snowshoes and cross country skis (or bring your own) and venture out on the backcountry trails. Snowshoeing is a spectacular way to see Yosemite in the winter.

It’s an awesome, small ski resort (one of the first in the country). The lodge is great, with decent food, and cozy places to chill if you want a break from the slopes. Their Badger Pup program is really great for children. Reasonably priced.
