Officeworks is just 3 minute walk away. Convenient if you forget your phone charger, need a printer or scanner or batteries, or advice on your i-pad or laptop. Open until 9pm weekdays, and 5pm on weekends. Walk down Park Road, over the bridge, and don't take the stairway, but instead follow Morrisey Street around to the right. Officeworks will be in front of you on your right.
