Having a car in the city centre isn't a good idea at all. Parking is a nightmare and lots of streets are one-direction. However, if you're going to see the countryside outside of Stockholm, this is the closest pick-up-point for Hertz cars. Book online. Simplest way top pick up your rental car is however not here but at Stockholm Central Station. Check out hertz.com
