vegan butcher shop that isn’t an oxymoron, the Herbivorous Butcher stocks a rotating selection of dozens of handmade, plant-based meats and cheeses ranging from breakfast sausage and pastrami to Korean ribs and herbed Feta. A handful of deli-style and hot sandwiches are available daily.
