Awesome seafood cart, walking distance, only open for day hours.

i LOVE their fish tacos. and love that i can get french fries with them. but if you're into shrimp, they also have what looks like positively fabulous shrimp cocktail. order at the window and then pull up a chair next to all the construction workers.
