The Ocoee River is a nationally rated whitewater destination. We have done a few trips and we liked OAR the best, but all offer a great time. The middle river trip is a Class 3/4 Trip and great for 1st Timers. The upper river trip is Class 5 and runs through an Olympic Kayak Course - Not for the faint of heart ;-)

They also rent tubes and you can float the lowest part of the Ocoee River.
