Really nice park. Plus you'll find a Six Flag amusement park. Métro Ile-Ste-Hélène. It's the place you fond a lot of rock festival as Osheaga and Heavy Montréal.

A beautiful park located beside Ile Notre Dame, which is where the Grand Pris tournements take place. Beautiful public pools created for the 1976 Olypmics as well as a public beach. Bring a lunch, although there are some restaurants too.

this little island located in the middle of the river is a gem of the city there is a six flags a race track lots of park area a sandy beach a casino and the views are incredible looking over the river back to the city

It's a very quick way to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. You can even take the metro to get there, and in the summer there is a ferry. You can bike or walk over the Jaques Cartier bridge and see an amazing view of the city and the river. On the island, there are walking trails along the St. Lawrence, and if you skip across to Ile Notre Dame, especially biking, you can get onto the peninsula that really takes you out of town.
