Delicious craft spirits and fabulous mixed cocktails. A fun treat when you need a break from wine! Located in the "new Tin City" not far from the original Tin City but a bit of a walk. Start here then head to Tin City for food. Aaron is a very original spirits maker!!

Our favorite local distillery! Drop in to try their signature Big Sur Gin. It is infused with Big Sur botanicals and is out of this world. If you are not a fan of gin. Calwise also offers rum, whiskey and other specialty liquors. They have cocktails available as well.
