Easy access riverfront beach- super safe and perfect for a picnic. Explore Sellwood afterwards - it’s one of my favorite neighborhoods.

A great little park where many people launch kayaks and other non-motorized watercraft. Lots of folks walk their dogs along the beach. You can also follow a wooded trail out along the river.

Dog friendly park. There is a upper park that has a swimming pool and tennis courts and a lower park along the river. In between is the extension of the Springwater Trail that goes directly into downtown Portland. Lovely view of the Willamette River front and downtown from here.
