Lead by head chef, co-owner and US-native Jess Hayes the beachside restaurant offers an eclectic mix of American favourites with a fresh, refined twist. Slow roasted pork shoulder with polenta and peach chutney, vegan mac and cheese with garlic crumb and maple chili chicken wings. Their absolute must eat though, has to be the KFC - Kirra fried cauliflower. Grandma’s chocolate pie is melt-in-your mouth amazing! Tipple-wise, their mixologist is slinging epic cocktails, like the Thruster made with gin, blueberry, tonic and rosemary.
