This stunning cafe/restaurant/bar was recently refurbished and is now one of my favourite places to eat in Brighton. Once just a simple cafe called Redroaster, this place now also houses Lucky Khao - possibly the best Thai food in Brighton.

If you want a really Instagrammable breakfast/brunch/lunch, this is the place to go. The decor and the food both look fantastic and the food does actually taste as good as it looks. Not the biggest portions for the price you pay but then that's probably missing the point...

Another great coffee shop. Also thick, Spanish style hot chocolate. Watch them roast the beans in the eponymous red roaster.
