With picnic areas, creeks and bush walks, the reserve is a lovely place to relax or do a walk.

Getting to Mt Cootha is worth the trek. You can enjoy sunrise or a sunset picnic. The view of Brisbane is lovely. There are also restaurants, bike tracks and a nursery.
