this is the 7km round trip run with the water on the inside. lots of outdoor gyms you'll see on the way

A relaxed stretch of walk (7km) that encircles much of Iron Cove. The lights at night make the clear water especially beautiful

Don't be alarmed by the title! You don't have to run this bay, as it's a lovely place to walk near the water. I recommend heading down at sunset and having a look at the bay while the sun goes down, it's very pretty. To get there, turn right when you leave the building, then right again down Foster St. Turn left on Walter St, right on Daniel St, then go under the brick tunnel to get to the park and canal. Turn right and just follow the canal all the way up to the bay.
