This wonderful shop is fairly recent but we can’t stop going there. Perfect for, well, anything cured, a wonderful charcuterie, located in the Orange Arcade. Drive down Sale street and park in what we call the Woolies car park. It’s located next to Harris Farm and a short stroll from Racine Bakery and next door to a wine shop. Weekend shopping done!

Stefan holds Masterclasses in Sausage making or knife sharpening. This is a great experience while in the Orange area.
