A short drive down the scenic Glenshesk and you arrive at Ballycastle beach, with beautiful views of Scotland, Rathlin Island and Fairhead. The seafront hosts a number of delightful cafés, bars, gift shops and ice creamshops. While visiting the seafront one can hop on the ferry to Rathlin and explore it's wonderful deligts.

A lovely beach for walking. Also Pans Rocks and continue on past Maguire's Strand Caravan park and beyond for beautiful views of Rathlin Island, Fair Head and Scotland beyond. You can often see grey seal on the rocks near the caravan park. Occasionally you will see dolphin swimming in the Bay.
