Brilliant yoga studio which also offers Tribe Cycle (a spin type class), Barre, and Pilates. Lovely friendly staff who are always happy to help.

Hot yoga, cycle and Pilates. 1 minute from flat, if you want to do some exercise in a friend studio with great instructors.
