A Lagree Fitness studio. 45-min of slow, low-impact, but highly intense workout. A bit like Pilates, but with more exciting moves and music. We see people aged 25-65 there regularly. We both have bad knees, and swear by this. It's a core- and leg-heavy workout. In, out, feel great all day with a very unique fitness experience. Then go eat your heart out. Book ahead... only 10 people per class since they only have so many machines.
