They make their own beer and the food is great! La bière est brassée sur place et la bouffe est excellente.

9 Rue Aubry, Gatineau, QC J8X 2H1 Located in the heart of the pedestrian village in Hull, this brewery was once a hot spot club named Le Bop. If you are lucky enough to remember your visit there, you’ll be surprised to see what they have done to their space. When we visit we get to try some of the stellar beers that they make. The Gainsbourg excels at IPAs and White beers, and you are sure to get one of them on the tour. Not far behind is the high ABV malty goodness of a Triple or Scotch Ale.
