Spectacular and unusual wines for Long Island (gruner veltliner, gewurztraminer), tiny and charming little tasting shack, great place to spend a sunny afternoon.

One Woman Winery is a tiny tasting stop along the strip of vineyards in Southold, but is well worth a visit. The winery is run by one woman, Claudia who produces some of our favorite North Fork white wines on the North Fork, especially the Gruner Vetliner and Chardonnay. One Woman has also a tasting room in Greenport.

Worth the drive. So many awesome wineries and vineyards. Get a driver and do the trail!
